Where this applies

To this page, and to nothing else. No other site or service is covered by it.

What we receive

The name, email address and message you type into the form, plus the time you sent it.

What the server keeps

A request log, as every web server does. It holds the address a request came from. We read it when something breaks or someone abuses the form.

Who else sees it

The hosting company, which has technical access to the server. Nobody else. Nothing is sold, rented or passed on for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until your enquiry is dealt with, and for a while after that so there is a record. Logs are rotated and dropped.

Your requests

Ask [email protected] for a copy, a correction or a deletion. You will get a reply saying what was done.

Tracking

None. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no attempt to follow you from one site to another.
